Fundraising

4th Worth Scout Group is a registered charity, run entirely by our amazing team of dedicated volunteers. We rely on donations and fundraising, along with out subscriptions, to enable us to provide our young people with fun, adventure and skills for life.
The money we raise helps to buy new and replacement equipment, as well as to help us to improve and maintain our Scout Hut. Occasionally we also fundraise to help young people and volunteers attend international events.

100 Club

Every month we run a "100 Club". This means you pay just £1 a month for you chosen number, and every month 3 numbers are drawn with cash prizes. Special draws are done at Christmas with larger prize draws.

Donations

If you would like to fundraise for us by doing a sponsored activity, please contact us so that we can help with your efforts on our behalf. We can help by promoting your fundraiser on our social media sites. We may even be able to get some of our young people to come along and cheer you on!

Gift Aid

Gift Aid is a really important source of funding for the group. If you are a UK taxpayer, by signing a Gift Aid declaration, we are able to claim back an additional 25% on all donations and subscriptions from HMRC.
